Fans of Nigerian Singer, Banky W would soon be getting a new album as confirmed by the singer.
A fan on Twitter who was reminiscing on an old song of Banky W asked the singer to release new music.
Banky in replying to the comment revealed that he has an album in the works. The album name he revealed to be titled “The Bank Statements”.
He also revealed that the album was almost complete. He said the album was already 75% complete.
“The Bank Statements” album is on the way, I promise. About 75% finished.” He wrote
Born Olubankole Wellington, Banky became popular after the release of “Ebutte Metta”, a cover of Rihanna’s “Umbrella”.
He started his label, EME where he signed Wizkid, Skales, Niyola, and Shaydee to the Label. The singer in the course of his career has released a total of 7 projects.

These projects include four albums, one EP, one Playlist, and one compilation album. His last album was R&BW released in 2013.
