Nigerian singer, Banky W has revealed in a new interview with Beat FM that his wife, Adesua, inspired him to sing his latest single, “JO”.
In a new interview with Beat FM, Nigerian artist Olubankole Wellington, popularly known by his stage name Banky W said that his wife, Adesua, inspired him to perform his current single, “JO”.
The interview was shared via Youtube on Thursday, the 11th of November 2021.
During the interview, Banky W tells Simi Drey of Beat FM that he got the inspiration for the song “JO” when his wife danced for him for the first time.
The music artist returns to our speakers with a brand new tune titled JO, as he normally does. The wonderful tune is accompanied by a suitable music video, which features his wife, Adesua Etomi.

JO is Banky’s second official single of the year, produced by heavyweight beatmaker Cobhams Asuquo. It comes as a follow-up to the excellent Final Say, which was released in February.
In the Beat FM interview, the music star revealed that his wife was the inspiration for JO, as well as how they rehearsed the dance movements they perfectly executed in the movie.
He also stated that he was first terrified since he was meant to throw her into the air and he didn’t want her to fall. Simi Drey also managed to get the artist to make a hilarious prank call to Basketmouth.
