B Red Gifts Comedian Trinity Guy N10m During Ibadan Event, Sparks Emotional Reaction
Nigerian singer Adebayo Adeleke, popularly known as B-Red, has caused a stir online after surprising skit maker Trinity Guy with a N10 million cash gift during a promotional event in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The gesture, which took place on Saturday, November 15, left the comedian overwhelmed. B-Red, who is the son of Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke and cousin to Afrobeats superstar Davido, announced the gift onstage, prompting an emotional outburst from Trinity Guy.
In a video shared on his page, the visibly excited comedian shouted, “Nigeria! Davido’s brother B Red has given me N10m, Nigerians, please help me thank him abeg. 30 BG for life. Thank you so much. My life don change.”
At one point, Trinity Guy was seen rolling on the floor as a sign of gratitude, unable to contain his joy.
He went on to urge fans to support B Red’s latest release, Bend Down Select, noting that the track is now available on all streaming platforms.
The comedian, a longtime Davido admirer, also linked the blessing to a recent backstage encounter he had with the singer.
According to him, meeting Davido “opened new doors of blessing,” and the unexpected generosity from B-Red was further proof.
The viral clip has since generated mixed reactions across social media, with many praising the gesture while others debated the motives behind such public displays of generosity.
