The Nigerian fast-rising Mavin Records artist, Ayra Starr, revealed why she enjoys working and composing songs with her label boss, Don Jazzy, in an interview with Clout Africa.
Nigerian singer, songwriter, and model Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, known professionally as Ayra Starr, explained why she enjoys composing and working with her label president, Don Jazzy in an interview with Clout Africa.

In a recent interview with Clout Africa, Ayra Starr said that she enjoys working with her boss because his energy motivates her to compose more songs.
Recall, the ‘Bloody samaritan’ hitmaker was unveiled by Mavin Records early this year and released her self-titled debut EP the previous week. Songs like Away and Sare proved to be sure bangers, and the EP marked her debut into the Nigerian popular music industry.

Not satisfied with this, the singer persuaded her label that she was ready to release her debut album, which she did with 19 & Dangerous.
It was another huge hit, with songs like Bloody Samaritan, Fashion Killer, and Beggie Beggie proving that CKay wasn’t simply a one-hit-wonder.
Speaking to Clout Africa in a new interview at their studio she said that anytime Don Jazzy is there during her session, she always tries to please him. That’s why she likes working with him since his passion motivates her to do more.
She also stated that she likes to write the chorus first before writing the verses, moving further she revealed that she wrote the song Beggie Beggie in a bus and Karma in a hospital, explaining that music is just like therapy for her.
