Renowned Mavin Records artist, Ayra Starr, is said to have taken the step of blocking a sketch artist on social media due to an unflattering portrait that was drawn of her.
The incident unfolded when a social media user, @Dami4reign, shared a portrait of the singer on the platform, revealing that it had taken him nearly 24 hours to create the artwork.
Sharing the art piece, he wrote, “It took me 18 hours 57secs to draw this Ayra Starr’s portrait.
”.
Merely 24 hours after the image was posted, Ayra Starr allegedly took the action of blocking the artist on her social media platforms, without offering any explanation.
In response to being blocked by the singer, Dami expressed his disappointment, characterizing the move as ungrateful. He aptly captured his feelings by referencing a line from a song on Burna Boy’s recent album, “I Told Them.”
