This prestigious award was presented to Asake following his electrifying performance at Berlin’s Uber Eats Music Hall on September 26, part of his ongoing “Lungu Boy” World Tour.
The event centre’s manager, in presenting the plaque, highlighted the significance of the award: “Thirty-five years ago, this city was divided. This plaque is a symbol of unity, and we hope you’ll display it proudly in your home.” The recognition emphasizes Asake’s role in bringing people together through his music.
