Bukayo Saka of Arsenal reacts to Davido’s “Timeless” album.
Nigerian-British football player, Bukayo Saka, also known as Saka, has endorsed Davido’s most recent album, “Timeless.”
Like many others, the dynamic winger for Arsenal paid tribute to the renowned musician about his new album.
Davido, released his highly anticipated studio album titled ‘Timeless’, on March 31st with guest appearances from the likes of Skepta, Angelique Kidjo, Asake, Musa Keys, Focalistic, FAVE, The Cavemen, Dexta Daps, and the newly signed artists on his rebranded DMW 2.0 imprint; Logos Olori and Morravey, and he is already shattering records with the 17-track body of work.
Arsenal’s star striker acknowledged the new album on social media as many other people did. Saka posted a screenshot of the album that was now playing on his Spotify profile on Instagram along with a hearty thumbs-up and a fire emoji.
Recall, Davido has set a new first-day streaming record on Apple Music with his latest album ‘Timeless‘.
The DMW boss has already shattered multiple first-day records throughout the world’s music charts, including Boomplay, Spotify, and Apple Music, with the album charting in 102 countries, hitting number 26, and establishing a new African top of number 2 in the United States.
The album “Timeless” amassed 4.91 million streams on March 31; this figure surpassed Burna Boy’s “Love, Damini” previous record debut week total of 4.89M. This achievement broke the record for the greatest debut week by any album on Spotify Nigeria.
