Antonio Conte provides an update on the injured Tottenham trio.
Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte has given updates on Richarlison, Rodrigo Bentancur and Ben Davies after they returned from World Cup duty with injuries.
With a hamstring injury, Richarlison played just over 80 minutes of Brazil’s quarterfinal loss to Croatia. Bentancur and Davies also suffered injuries during their respective group-stage exits with Uruguay and Wales.
Spurs take on Nice in a mid-season friendly on Wednesday evening, and speaking to the club’s website, Conte discussed how the trio are progressing.

“Rodrigo has started to work. I think that he’s going to be good for the game against Aston Villa. For Richy, tomorrow he’s going to have an MRI [scan] to know very well the importance of the injury. After tomorrow we will see very well the time he needs to recover.”
