We won’t let her fall apart, we know she is strong like metal and steel. A long time ago we learned that if you want Africa to change, you have to do it yourself!”
“Do Yourself” is off Kidjo’s last album, Mother Nature, which was released last year.
Further, Kidjo earned three nominations at the 2022 Grammys: Best Global Music Album (for Mother Nature) and two Best Global Music Performance nods (for “Do Yourself” and the Yo-Yo Ma collaboration “Blewu”).

Tough like metal and steel African
You for keep am real Africa
