“My Favourite thing to do I mean like when I think about like collabs like Stonebwoy, I have fun with stuff like that, when I think about working with Blaqbonez from Nigeria. Ruger and I recently did a record and I ended up doing ile two records for him”
Talking about the kind of music they collaborated on, she said;
“And he kind of does like very graphic for Nigerian music, for me I love stuff like that because I think people really underestimate how diverse my music is and how diverse I am and I think it very important to pay homage to home roots and you know outside of that when I collaborate with people outside that make a different type of music from me, It’s always just an opportunity to showcase emy diversity. I take pride in that and its one of mys favourite things to do.

In another section of the interview, Amaarae stated that she has always been hesitant to do a show in Ghana because she is concerned that she will not have enough audience to put on a successful event.
Asked if Ghanaians are to expect an Amaarae headline show in Ghana, she said βI have always been apprehensive to do a show in Ghana because I have never felt like I had the audience to do it or the audience to do it on a scale and thatβs kind of being my fear.
βI donβt know if people are going to be receptive to that so I have been like skeptical for the last 2-3 years now but I am hoping that once the album is out I definitely want to come back home just to connect more with people and hopefully in December it will be amazing to put together a show for the fans that are loyal and the community that wants to see it and come and be on it.
