Raised in a typical African setting, Mr J draws his inspiration from the uniqueness of the continent’s sound and some veterans like Alonzo Abasi, and Emmerson Bockarie to mention a few have paved the way for the singer to carve his niche from.
Combining flawless moods and a generally danceable atmosphere with Afrobeats, Mr J as he is fondly called takes us into the depths and heart of Sierra Lone’s culture and lifestyle.
