Adekunle Gold features on the latest NBA 2K24 ‘2K Beats’ soundtrack.
Nigerian award-winning artist Adekunle Gold, known as AG Baby, is making waves on the international stage as one of the featured artists on the NBA 2K24 ‘2K Beats’ soundtrack. This collaboration is part of a partnership between NBA 2K24 and the global record label Def Jam, with the soundtrack curated by rapper J. Cole.
Adekunle Gold’s song “Okay” has been included in the soundtrack, joining tracks from other artists such as Baby, Clipse, Benny The Butcher, and J. Cole himself. NBA 2K24 is a popular basketball simulation game played by millions worldwide.
This achievement adds to AG Baby’s growing international profile, making him the second Nigerian artist to feature on the NBA 2K24 soundtrack, following Burna Boy. Burna Boy was featured on the main soundtrack alongside artists like Lil Wayne, Central Cee, Steve Lacy, and breakout sensation Ice Spice.
Adekunle Gold’s busy start to 2024 also includes being featured on the soundtrack for the Hollywood blockbuster “The Book of Clarence,” alongside Doja Cat, Kodak Black, and Jeymes Samuel.
