Afro Nation Ghana 2022 will take place between 29th & 30th December 2022 on Marine Drive, Black Star Square, Accra, Ghana.
The festival’s gigantic new mainstage, which has grown dramatically since its debut in Portugal in 2019, will now be transported to Ghana. A stage of this calibre does not exist anyplace else in West Africa, and it is an essential component of the continent’s live entertainment sector.
The goal of Afro Nation has always been to elevate the scene and musicians from or inspired by modern African sounds, and building this stage in Ghana and bringing the same high production value from Portugal to West Africa is only one step toward a bright new future of live events in the region.
Afro Nation Ghana, like Afro Nation Portugal and Afro Nation Puerto Rico, will work alongside and teach local teams to produce the performance, as well as provide business to as many local merchants as possible, positively impacting Ghana’s cultural and tourism economy.
