Seyi Vibez is back with another solo release, BACK 2 U, as the street-pop star continues to build on an already busy 2026.
The new single arrives shortly after GTA, released in July, and comes as Seyi Vibez shifts attention back to his own catalogue following a run of collaborations and guest appearances.

Produced by Mally Mall, Swam, OnlyForHonesty, and Krisvin Joseph, BACK 2 U takes a smoother route than some of the rapper-singer’s more energetic street records.
The production settles into a warm mid-tempo groove, combining Afrobeats percussion, subtle dancehall touches, and deep bass while leaving plenty of room for Seyi Vibez’s distinctive vocal delivery.
Rather than chasing an overly aggressive sound, the track allows his chants and melodies to sit at the centre of the record. He moves comfortably between Yoruba expressions, street language, and soulful vocal moments, giving the song an intimate quality.
Thematically, BACK 2 U finds Seyi Vibez reflecting on reconciliation, staying connected to his roots and remaining grounded despite the rapid changes that have come with his success.
There is a sense of looking inward as he considers the journey so far and the importance of not losing touch with where he came from.
With BACK 2 U, Seyi Vibez once again shows his ability to turn everyday emotions and street experiences into accessible melodies. It is a laid-back but heartfelt addition to his growing 2026 catalogue.
