Controversial street-hop act Portable has jumped into the drama surrounding fellow entertainer Carter Efe, following reports that a luxury SUV gifted to Carter was vandalised.

The vehicle, reportedly worth ₦50 million, was reportedly presented to Carter Efe by billionaire businessman Emeka Okonkwo, popularly known as E-Money, during his birthday celebration. Not long after, rumours began circulating that the socialite had unfollowed Carter on Instagram after the car was allegedly damaged.
As the gist spread online, Portable didn’t hold back.
In a video making the rounds on social media, the singer openly criticised Carter Efe for mishandling what he described as a rare blessing. He warned that such behaviour could cost him future goodwill and went so far as to declare that he may “never see help again.”
Portable also used the moment to dish out what sounded like street wisdom, cautioning people about trusting the loyalty of those who are financially unstable.
He said:
“Carter Efe, it won’t be well with you. You will never see helper again. How could you spoil a ₦50 million car that E money gave you. You carry motor wey dem give you go dey do content now you don spoil am. Who give you the motor no go happy now. Person give me Benz since two years and nothing do am, e still dey work. Never trust the loyalty of a poor man. Carter Efe na poor man. I am a rich car and I know how to manage money. You fit get money make you no Sabi use am. Me I get money and I Sabi use am. E-money, please give me car; I’ll be grateful.”
Not stopping there, Portable directly appealed to E-Money, asking the businessman to gift him a car instead, assuring him that he would show appreciation and manage it properly.
The unfolding drama has since stirred mixed reactions online. While some fans found Portable’s comments entertaining and typical of his outspoken style, others felt the situation could have been handled privately.
As it stands, the controversy continues to trend, adding yet another layer to the ever-dramatic world of Nigerian entertainment.
“Carter Efe, it won’t be well with you. You will never see helper again. How could you spoil a ₦50 million car that E money gave you. Never trust the loyalty of a poor man. E-money, please give me car; I’ll be grateful.”
