Popular Nigerian hypeman Slimcase couldn’t contain his excitement after receiving a brand-new N65 million SUV from superstar D’banj.

The gift comes as part of Slimcase’s appointment as the first brand ambassador for D’banj’s CREAM platform, a talent discovery initiative he launched on August 1, 2016.
The platform, created in partnership with Sterling Bank, aims to promote indigenous creative talents monthly. CREAM stands for Creative, Reality, Entertainment, Art, and Music, and has been instrumental in giving life to emerging artists’ dreams.
In a video shared on his Instagram page on January 30, 2026, Slimcase was visibly overwhelmed. Shocked by the generous gesture, he went shirtless, checked out the car’s luxurious interior, carried D’banj briefly, and even prostrated in gratitude.
Accompanying the clip, Slimcase wrote:
“A Very Big Congratulations 🎊 on your innovation @iambangalee on your new Car production and A Big Congratulations 🎊 to @thecreamplatform and @sterlingbank for collaborating in the production of ‘Li’ and also A Big Congratulations 🎊 to @iam_slimcase for being the First Brand Ambassador for the company 🎊🎉🥳.”

The moment highlights not only Slimcase’s excitement but also the growing influence of D’banj’s CREAM initiative in celebrating and empowering talent across Nigeria.
This comes amid past criticism from hypeman Mr Real, who previously criticized D’banj and the platform, making Slimcase’s joyful reception all the more noteworthy.
