The rapper says his Facebook and Instagram pages vanished without warning, barely hours after he released his fiery new track, Open Letter to Donald Trump, on November 30, 2025.
According to Eedris, everything seemed normal until the morning after the song dropped. By then, his accounts on both key platforms where he interacts with fans had become completely inaccessible.
A quick search confirmed his claim: his pages were nowhere to be found. Yet, in typical Meta fashion, no official explanation has surfaced about why the accounts were taken down or whether he violated any policy.
Eedris himself offered no details about receiving warnings from Meta. What he did make clear is his suspicion that the timing isn’t coincidental.
His new track, released under Lakreem Entertainment, carries his trademark fearlessness. While the title suggests a message to the U.S. President, Open Letter to Donald Trump is, at its core, another scorching spotlight on Nigeria’s own political dysfunction.
Eedris tears into issues like insecurity, corruption, and the chronic mismanagement of public resources topics he has never been shy to confront.

Earlier in April 2025, he locked horns with regulators when the National Broadcasting Commission banned his track Tell Your Papa, accusing it of violating broadcast rules.
