Legendary Nigerian Afrobeats icon Innocent “2Baba” Idibia and Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru have welcomed their first child together, a baby boy.

Speculation erupted across social media on Friday, November 21, after Osawaru was spotted at a hospital, prompting rumours that she had gone into labour.
Hours later, she confirmed the joyful news in a brief post on her official page, revealing that she and the music legend had been “Blessed with a baby boy.”
The announcement quickly triggered an outpouring of congratulatory messages, with fans, colleagues, and well-wishers flooding her comment section to celebrate the couple.
This new arrival adds a fresh chapter to their much-discussed relationship. Earlier this year, the pair formalized their union following 2Baba’s separation from Annie Idibia in January a development that generated intense public interest.
Their love story became public after a Valentine’s Eve proposal that set social media buzzing, followed by family introductions and traditional rites. In July, they sealed their commitment with an intimate traditional wedding ceremony in Abuja, attended only by close relatives.
Both mother and baby are reportedly in good health as the couple step into this new and exciting phase of their lives.
