Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck is set to appear in court on November 26, 2025, following assault and battery charges filed against him by entertainer and photographer Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent.

The case traces back to an altercation that allegedly took place on December 16, 2024, during an event where Kraziecent claims Odumodublvck attacked him “without provocation.”

According to court filings, the confrontation reportedly left the photographer with physical injuries, emotional trauma, and a damaged iPhone.

Kraziecent’s legal representatives maintain that he was simply taking photos and videos inside the venue when the rapper allegedly became aggressive.

They described Odumodublvck’s actions as “deliberate and unprovoked,” insisting that the assault caused both personal and professional harm to their client.

In the lawsuit, Kraziecent is seeking compensation for his injuries, emotional distress, and damage to his device, alongside claims of reputational harm.

His lawyers have further demanded that Odumodublvck issue a public apology across social media and national newspapers. They’ve also filed for a restraining order to prevent any future harassment.

During the preliminary hearing, Kraziecent’s team confirmed that all legal documents had been duly served to Odumodublvck.

However, the rapper’s counsel requested more time to prepare a defence, leading the court to adjourn the case to November 26.

This isn’t the first time Odumodublvck’s temperament has made headlines. Back in March 2024, a video surfaced showing him kicking a fan who had climbed on stage during one of his performances.

Though he later defended his actions as an instinctive reaction to an unexpected intrusion, critics accused him of being overly aggressive.

Now, with a lawsuit that again involves claims of reacting to a “trespassing fan,” many are watching to see if his legal team’s defense, likely based on provocation, stalking, and breach of privacy, will stand up in court.

Whatever the outcome, the case has once again put Odumodublvck’s off-stage behaviour under the microscope, sparking renewed debate about celebrity boundaries, fan conduct, and how artists handle confrontation in public spaces.
