Ace Nigerian disc jockey and producer Imohiosen Patrick, better known as DJ Neptune, has unveiled the latest chapter in his iconic Greatness franchise with the release of Greatness IV.
The 14-track album continues his tradition of assembling eclectic sounds and diverse voices, following the widespread success of Greatness III.

Positioned as both a party soundtrack and a reflective body of work, Greatness IV blends contemporary Afrobeats with amapiano grooves, highlife textures, and trap accents. Neptune, who has long been regarded as one of Africa’s foremost tastemakers, describes the project as a bold reaffirmation of the continent’s leadership in global music.
Across the LP, listeners are taken on a journey that shifts between euphoric celebrations and soulful meditations. Spiritual undertones rise on Amin, while raw street energy defines Taliban.
The sonic palette crafted with support from Timbun, Ugly & Though, NYRP, and Neptune himself creates a rhythm-driven experience that mirrors the hustle, triumphs, and cultural pride of African life.

Consistent with his reputation for spotlighting new talent, Neptune curates a lineup that bridges upcoming voices with established names. Come With Me features Moelogo, offering a breezy, melodic escape, while Gbolar Mighty injects gritty street realism on Street. Lyrxx explores clandestine romance on No Kiss and Tell, and Berri Tiga taps into heartfelt vulnerability on My Girl.
Elsewhere, Portable’s unfiltered charisma lights up Jeje Laye, while Rybeena, Guchi, and a host of others deliver diverse perspectives that enrich the project. Contributions from Kikimoteleba, LAZ, Dera, Timi Martins, SHON, Hotkeed, Swayvee, Reehaa, and Kabusa Choir further expand the album’s reach, ensuring it resonates across multiple audiences and age brackets.
