Popular Nigerian disc jockey DJ Dope Caesar has dismissed circulating rumours claiming she had passed away.

Speculations about her alleged death, reportedly after an undisclosed illness, had flooded social media earlier, prompting mixed reactions from fans and concerned followers, some of whom reached out to confirm her well-being.
In a live session on Instagram, the entertainer firmly debunked the claims, stressing that she was alive, healthy, and unharmed. She also called out Instablog for allegedly spreading false information about her.
“Guys, nothing happened to me. I’m not dead. I don’t know where this rumour is coming from. I’m okay, very, very okay. Instablog, please don’t post anything about me. I didn’t die, I’m not in an accident, nothing happened to me. Somebody definitely started this, I don’t know their reason, but I’m fine and doing well. Thank you,” she stated.
In a caption accompanying the video, she wrote:
“@instablog9ja whoever paid you to post that rubbish, na all una sabi!! Please don’t believe nonsense on these platforms! I am very OKAY!! Literally working and minding my business…”
Her fans and well-wishers expressed relief and joy over the confirmation of her safety and good health.
