Arsenal confirm signing of Noni Madueke from Chelsea in £52m deal as Gunners continue summer of huge spending

Arsenal have confirmed the signing of Noni Madueke from city rivals Chelsea in a high-profile deal reportedly worth £52 million (€60m/\$69.9m), marking a major move in the Gunners’ summer transfer campaign.
The North London club had been actively pursuing a winger throughout the transfer window and were first linked with Madueke in late June.
Following swift negotiations with both Chelsea and the player’s representatives, a deal was reached, and Arsenal have now officially unveiled the 23-year-old at the Emirates Stadium.
Talent in abundance.

Madueke becomes Arsenal’s fourth marquee signing of the summer, joining Martin Zubimendi, Christian Nørgaard, and fellow former Chelsea star Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Manager Mikel Arteta is reportedly close to securing additional signings, including Cristhian Mosquera and Viktor Gyökeres as the club continues its aggressive squad overhaul.
After two-and-a-half mixed seasons at Stamford Bridge, Madueke departs Chelsea with 20 goals in 92 appearances, having recently helped the Blues lift both the UEFA Europa Conference League and the FIFA Club World Cup earlier this summer.

The England international, capped seven times at senior level, is expected to bring pace, creativity, and directness to Arsenal’s wide attacking options as they gear up for a renewed Premier League and Champions League push.
Arsenal are aiming to complete their remaining transfer business before departing for their pre-season tour of Asia, where they will face AC Milan and Newcastle United in Singapore, followed by a clash against bitter rivals Tottenham Hotspur in Hong Kong.
