Burna Boy to release new single ‘Bundle’ as soundtrack for Detty December
Nigerian superstar Burna Boy is set to cap off an incredible 2024 with the release of a new single titled “Bundle” on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
This announcement comes after a highly successful year, during which Burna Boy solidified his position as one of Africa’s most celebrated artists.
The new track is expected to become the anthem for Detty December festivities, showcasing Burna Boy’s signature Afro-fusion sound.

Burna Boy first teased “Bundle” on his X (formerly Twitter) account, followed by a post from Telz, the producer behind several hits on Burna Boy’s Grammy-winning album Twice As Tall. Telz’s involvement has heightened anticipation, given his track record of delivering chart-topping beats.
“Bundle” will be Burna Boy’s second release of the year, following his Grammy-nominated single “Higher,” which featured a heartfelt music video filmed in his hometown, Port Harcourt.
This year, Burna Boy made history by becoming the first African artist to perform at the Grammy Awards’ main ceremony, sharing the stage with 21 Savage and Brandy. He also broke records for the highest-grossing concert by an African artist in the United States and Canada.
“Bundle” is rumored to be part of Burna Boy’s upcoming 8th studio album, tentatively titled “No Sign of Weakness“, set for release in 2025.
