Grammy-winning artist The Weeknd has officially confirmed the title and release date of his highly anticipated sixth studio album, marking his first new project in three years.
The Canadian singer revealed the exciting news through a social media post, sparking waves of anticipation among fans worldwide.
Titled ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow,’ the upcoming album will be released on January 24, 2025. This new body of work serves as the final chapter in a trilogy that began with ‘After Hours‘ in 2020, followed by ‘Dawn FM’ in 2022. With ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow,’ The Weeknd is set to wrap up a significant phase of his musical journey.
The album will feature several tracks that fans have already gotten a taste of, including “Dancing in the Flames,” “Timeless” featuring Playboi Carti, and the vibrant “São Paulo” in collaboration with Brazilian superstar Anitta.
In celebration of the album’s release, The Weeknd is also gearing up for a special concert event in California. On January 25, 2025, he will headline a one-night-only performance at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, promising a memorable live experience for his fans.
The Brazilian city of São Paulo has played a key role in The Weeknd’s career this year. In September, he performed at the Estádio Morumbi, where he delighted fans by bringing Anitta on stage for a live rendition of their hit collaboration, “São Paulo.”
This announcement follows the immense success of his ‘After Hours Til Dawn Tour,’ which ran from 2022 to 2023, attracting over 3 million attendees across stadiums worldwide.
With a fresh album on the way, fans are eagerly awaiting The Weeknd’s next musical chapter, and *Hurry Up Tomorrow* is poised to be a major milestone in his illustrious career.
