Yung6ix intervenes in Davido and Big Wiz feud
Nigerian rapper Yung6ix has weighed in on the ongoing feud between music icons Davido and Wizkid, urging fans to stay neutral rather than take sides.
In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), Yung6ix advised that fans’ partisanship would only intensify the conflict. He remarked, “When two brothers fight, the best thing to do is separate them, not bring one down while supporting the other.”
Drawing from his own experience, the rapper acknowledged the difficulty of advising wealthy individuals, stressing that fueling the tension between the two superstars is counterproductive.
Yung6ix’s comments come amid heated social media exchanges between Davido and Wizkid’s supporters, who have been actively engaging in the ongoing rivalry.
One fan, Abubakar Emmanuel, responded to Yung6ix’s post, suggesting that Wizkid’s actions might stem from frustration. He also called on other artists to step in and offer guidance to the “Fever” singer.
Yung6ix’s call for calm follows earlier efforts by music industry figures to mediate the dispute. As the feud continues to dominate online conversations, many fans and insiders hope that Davido and Wizkid will eventually resolve their differences and move past the drama.
