American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing a serious lawsuit involving over 100 individuals accusing him of sexual assault, rape, and sexual exploitation.

According to BBC News, Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee is leading the case, representing the victims, some of whom were reportedly minors at the time of the alleged abuse. Buzbee revealed that some of the victims were as young as nine years old when they were allegedly abused.

One particularly distressing case involves a 15-year-old girl who was allegedly drugged and raped at a party in New York City. Buzbee stated that several incidents took place during high-profile events such as album release parties, New Year’s Eve celebrations, and Diddy’s famous ‘White Parties.’

During a press conference, Buzbee mentioned that around 3,000 people had initially contacted his firm with allegations against Diddy. After thoroughly investigating the claims, the legal team narrowed the list down to 120 individuals, who are now part of the lawsuit.

“All were seeking either TV or some sort of music career with promises of, you know, ‘We’re going to make you a star,” Buzbee said. “Instead, basically, Combs did things to them so they don’t want to have anything to do with the entertainment industry ever again,” he said.

He continued, “The ages of the victims when the conduct occurred is shocking. The youngest victim was nine years old, we have an individual who was 14 years old and we have one 15 years old.

Erica Wolff, a lawyer representing Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs, has responded to the latest allegations against the rapper, stating that he “emphatically and categorically” denies the claims, calling them “false and defamatory.”

These new allegations come as Diddy is already facing a separate legal battle involving charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and sexual abuse. Diddy was arrested on Monday, September 17, 2024, at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan. Homeland Security Investigations took him into custody at around 8:15 p.m., adding to the growing legal issues surrounding the rapper.
