“Na so you dull your generation blessing” – Davido blasts Abuja barber after he called him 003
A barber from Abuja, Callistus Chisom Okolie, faced backlash after declaring Nigerian singer Davido as the third best musician in the entertainment industry.
The controversy ignited when Davido, known as self-made “001,” shared delightful photos from his time in Dubai on his Instagram page. While many fans showered him with praise, Callistus took to the comment section to refer to him as “003,” insinuating that the “Unavailable” crooner ranked third among Nigerian artists.
This comment seemingly irked Davido, especially amid his ongoing feud with Wizkid. The 31-year-old singer responded aggressively, slamming Callistus for his statement.
He declared that the barber had lost the chance to cut his hair whenever he visited Abuja. Furthermore, Davido boasted about providing a shop for his three hairstylists but vowed that Callistus would not receive the same privilege.
He wrote, “@kallystouch I don save ur picture I for come Abuja … u for cut my hair wey don almost finish but u like social media … my last 3 barbers I open shop for them .. nah so u dull ur generation blessing smh”.

The DMW boss, once again, took a jab at his industry counterpart, referring to him as “Bitch” in the song snippet. Sharing the teaser on his verified Instagram page, Davido not only teased his forthcoming song but also indirectly dared Wizkid to drop his own track.
This snippet release follows Davido’s earlier announcements about multiple upcoming projects, which have heightened anticipation among his fans.
The rivalry between Davido and Wizkid has escalated recently, with Davido publicly challenging Wizkid to release his project on the same date. This challenge has stirred excitement among fans, who eagerly await Wizkid’s response and the potential clash of releases.
