The glamorous event, themed “Shades of Gold,” illuminated the South African fashion scene at the Sandton Hotel on March 18th, spotlighting the nation’s most stylish personalities across various categories.

    Despite her absence, Tyla’s presence was felt as she clinched the award for Most Stylish Performing Artist in Music. Her family graciously accepted the accolade on her behalf, further elevating her reputation as a trendsetter not only in music but also in the realm of fashion.

    While Tyla rightfully basked in the limelight, she was joined by other notable figures who also received coveted awards at the prestigious ceremony.

    In addition, Tyla has announced an eagerly awaited milestone in her career – the release of her debut album, slated for March 22, 2024. Aptly titled “TYLA,” this marks a significant moment as it’s a self-titled debut, reflecting her authenticity and personal journey in the music industry.

    The album boasts a diverse range of tracks, including her latest singles “Truth or Dare,” “Butterflies,” “On & On,” and a remix of “Water” featuring Travis Scott. With a total of 14 songs, “TYLA” features collaborations with acclaimed artists such as Becky G, Tems, and American rapper Gunna.
