In a recent interview, Olamide disclosed his perspective, emphasizing that he views himself as a leader rather than a “Boss.”

The 35-year-old, who established YBNL Nation expressed that the term “boss” holds no significance for him.

The “Rock” hitmaker clarified that he identifies as a leader because he regards those around him as family, not merely as employee

The rapper is unquestionably a pioneer in the Nigerian music industry, having assisted artists on his label as well as those on other labels in rising to popularity and becoming established artists in the industry.

“The word boss doesn’t exist in my dictionary, cause I see everybody around me like brothers. my sisters and all that it is not about me being a boss but a leader, the role of a leader is to lead so that other people can move ahead and progress in life.”

Meanwhile, are you aware that Olamide has an unreleased discography of over 500 songs?

Recently, ID Cabasa was quoted saying he has about 500 unreleased Olamide songs.

This was shared on X by Afrobeats Ville stating:

“If Olamide stops recording today, I believe his songs will last for the next 10 years.

“I have almost 500 Olamide songs on my system that are yet to be released.”
