Mr Eazi unveils his love language.
Renowned singer and music executive, Mr Eazi, has disclosed his preferred love language.
In a recent interview on The Beat 99.9 FM in Lagos, the ‘Hol Up‘ artist revealed that his love language is receiving credit alerts. Mr Eazi explained that during his upbringing, he often confused financial presence with physical presence, attributing it to his father’s role in the family.
While acknowledging that his father was responsible and provided for the family, Mr Eazi noted that his dad’s demanding job made him less physically present at home. Consequently, this childhood experience has led to credit alerts becoming his primary love language.
Mr Eazi said; “My love language is credit alert. But learning someone else’s love language; learning communication, how to apologise and how to take those next steps in relationship; it could be getting engaged, new house, marriage. That’s what described the last five years of my relationship.”
In other news, Mr Eazi has clarified that his wedding with actress Temi Otedola was not kept under wraps, contrary to popular belief.
The Banku music pioneer revealed that the footage used in the video for his song ‘Legalise’ captured moments from their wedding, which transpired in Venice, Italy.
Mr Eazi addressed the speculations surrounding the supposed ‘lowkey’ nature of their wedding during a recent interview with Naija FM in Lagos, setting the record straight about the public perception of their marriage.
Responding to a question, Mr Eazi said, “Who told you it was a secret wedding? Go and watch the video of my song ‘Legalise’ you will get the answer to your question. We shot the video in Venice.
“If you watch the video you will see proofs there. Our outfits weren’t just costumes. Go and watch the video and you will see everything clearly. It’s just like what painters do, whenever you see their work you will see the message they’re trying to convey. That’s how it’s with us musicians too.”
