Mohbad records huge success on the Billboard charts.
Following his untimely death, Nigerian ace rapper Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, known professionally as Mohbad, has achieved significant success on the Billboard charts.
Mohbad, the talented rapper whose untimely demise occurred on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at the age of 27, has achieved significant recognition on the Billboard charts just one week after his passing.
Posthumously, three of Mohbad’s tracks made their debut on the Billboard Hot Trending Songs Powered by X chart for the very first time since their release.
This chart, powered by the social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter), reported that three of the late rapper’s songs entered the top 10 positions.
The highest-ranking among these three tracks was the sensational hit “Peace,” which claimed the number 2 position. Following closely were “Feel Good” at number 5 and “Ask About Me” at number 8, respectively.
The passing of this talented artist has garnered widespread attention, with international artists such as Lil Durk, Central Cee, Kodak Black, and Meek Mill all paying their heartfelt tributes to the promising star.
