Harry Kane sends message to Tottenham fans during Australia pre-season tour amid continued transfer links to Bayern Munich.
In the midst of the team’s preseason trip, Harry Kane shared a message for Tottenham fans on social media as he is still being linked to Bayern Munich.
Spurs‘ first preseason match was a friendly against West Ham in Australia, which resulted in a 3-2 loss for them.
Kane kept the captain’s armband despite persistent rumours of a move to Bayern Munich because new Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou said the England international is “totally committed” to the team.
After the loss, the striker posted several images of him training with his teammates and a picture of himself leading the team onto the pitch, along with a caption that read: “Been great in Australia so far. It’s a pleasure seeing fans in different parts of the world and thanks for the welcome we’ve had here. Good to get some minutes in the legs.”

Bayern has made two offers for the England captain, but Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has rejected both because he values the player at more than £100 million ($130 million), even though he still has one year left on his contract.
After an earlier offer of £60 million ($76 million) was rejected, a second offer reportedly totalled roughly £86 million ($109 million).
Kane will take a flight to Thailand in order to participate in Tottenham’s upcoming exhibition match against Leicester City on Sunday at Bangkok’s Rajamangala Stadium.
