Mayorkun responds to a snapchat user who asked him if he had any problems with DMW

Mayorkun reacts as fan queries him over his absence at Davido’s recent shows.
Nigerian music star, Mayorkun seems to be fed up with questions about the present state of his relationship with his former label, DMW judging by his reply to a fan.
The singer who loves to hang out on Snapchat responded to an inquiry from a fan about his absence from Davido’s recent concert in Lagos.
Recall that as part of his Timeless shows, Davido held a performance in Lagos at Tafawa Balewa Square where he and others performed to the excitement of fans.
However, Mayorkun was unusually absent from the event which seem to bother a fan so much he had to ask the singer about it on Snapchat.
The fan asked; “What wrong with you and 30BG, notice you did not go for the concert, cause I did not see you”
In response, Mayorkun didn’t give a direct answer about his absence, only throwing a jab at the fan for the ‘silly’ question.
“Sometimes I always feel like no be this same world wey me I dey wey every other person dey. See this one now…” was his response to the fan.

Recall that in 2021, Mayorkun had fueled speculation about his departure from DMW after he released his first single of that year, “Let Me Know” under Sony Music.
This move caused fans to speculate about the singer’s new music home and recent activities from Mayorkun and Davido seems to confirm the former’s departure from the latter’s label.
