Rihanna Reveals How Her Second Pregnancy Is ‘So Different’ To Her First On Met Gala Red Carpet After Arriving Late With A$AP Rocky.
On the red carpet of the 2023 Met Gala, Barbadian superstar Rihanna spoke candidly about how her second pregnancy differed from her first.
The singer and her boyfriend A$AP Rocky arrived late on the stairs of the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 1, 2023.
For the Karl Lagerfeld-themed event, Rihanna opted for a white Valentino gown, and despite her delayed arrival, she took the chance to chat with reporters before the sit-down dinner portion of the annual fashion extravaganza.
Rihanna was asked how her second pregnancy is doing when she was speaking to E! News on the famous carpet-covered stairs outside the museum. Rihanna is presently expecting her and Rocky’s second child.
In response to the question, the Fenty Beauty founder revealed that her second pregnancy is “so different” from the first.
“Just everything. All of … no cravings, tons of nausea, everything is different,” Rihanna continued, before adding: “But, I’m enjoying it. I’m enjoying it. I feel good, I feel energetic.”
The singer was then asked about the couple’s firstborn, who they welcomed in May 2022. “I’m in love. I’m obsessed,” Rihanna said of her and Rocky’s son. “And I don’t even feel guilty about it.”
The insight into Rihanna’s current mindset comes after she also revealed that she felt both “good” and “expensive” on the Met Gala red carpet.
