Isreal DMW responds after being called out by Herb vendor for contract breach.
Davido’s loyal aide and popular Instagram personality, Isreal DMW has, at last, addressed the violated contract he had with herbal vendor Mideshaven.
The herbal merchant had previously criticised Isreal DMW for a breached contract.
She asserted that she got in touch with Isreal in December so that he would promote herbs in an Instagram advertisement.
She claimed that he requested one million Naira and received an advance payment of N800,000 with the understanding that the remaining N200,000 would be sent after the movie was completed and uploaded.
She claimed Isreal DMW had received N800,000 for the advertisement but had not produced it.
In response to her accusations, Israel has since taken to Instagram to defend himself.
He claimed that the online seller only gave him a portion of the money he requested from her and instead demanded him to promote her goods.
He pressed her to uphold her end of the contract, adding that he could only market her products with a video of him if she kept her end of the bargain.
According to him, their original agreement called for him to twice publish her products on his page, which is exactly what he did.
“Mide, pay the amount I have asked for if you truly want a video of me promoting our products.
“Because it was never in our initial agreement. Our earlier agreement, was for me to post our products on my story. Which I fully did twice. Thanks”, he wrote.
