Davido discloses the unexpected relationship he had with Wizkid
Davido Adeleke, a legendary Afrobeat performer, discusses his improved relationship with Wizkid and announces their joint concert tour.
It may be recalled that Wizkid once announced plans to tour with David Adeleke, which sparked criticism.
In a recent interview, Davido confirmed that he would in fact be joining the Ojuelegba singer on a concert tour. However, he did say that it might happen the subsequent year rather than this one.
He went on to discuss their connection in more detail, saying that Wizkid has always been supportive and kept in touch with him on a weekly basis.
“Yeah, I think probably … we’re in the talk. I think next year because I have to do my tour first; this Timeless album. I think by next year, I and Wizkid will do a record together. Shout out to my brother, he calls me literally every week to check up on me,” he stated.

Meanwhile, it was also recalled that Nigerian singer, Wizkid is currently trending after he publicly showed support for Davido’s “Timeless‘ album.
The singer took to his social media pages to encourage fans to go listen to the album, calling Davido his brother.
