Fashion giant, PUMA reschedules launch of ‘PUMA x Davido Collection’

PUMA has postponed the release of its ‘PUMA x Davido Collection.’
The PUMA x Davido collection has been postponed until next year, 2023, according to the design company.
Recall that Mp3bullet.ng reported that Davido secured an international endorsement deal with the global sports brand, Puma, to wear at the end of 2021 after the award-winning musician negotiated an arrangement with the German corporation to become their brand ambassador.
In a recent statement on its official Instagram page, the international company announced that it has decided to reschedule the debut of the “PUMA x Davido Collection.”
All clients who pre-ordered the collection will receive their items after the launch, according to the statement, or they can choose to request a full refund.

Although the company didn’t disclose its reason for this announcement, many assume it is due to the demise of Davido’s son, Ifeanyi as the crooner is still mourning the toddler’s death.
The post reads;
“We have made the difficult but necessary decision to reschedule the launch of the PUMA x Davido collection to 2023.
All customers who have pre-ordered may receive their orders when we launch, convert your purchase to store credit, or request a full refund.
Thank you for understanding and your continued support of PUMA Nigeria.”
