Manchester United’s forward player, Marcus Rashford has continued his fine form from club to his national team as he writes his name in World Cup history.

Rashford became the first player in Global tournament history to score the fastest goal as a substitute. This accomplishment was achieved by the Englishman in the Three Lions’ first group game against Iran.

Richard Morales of Uruguay set a World Cup record for the quickest goal by a substitution in 2002 against Senegal, scoring in 18 seconds.

England had a great day at work as they outscored their opponents by six goals. Jude Bellingham opened the scoring in the game before Bukayo Saka scored a brace, and Raheem Sterling scored the fourth goal of the match.

Rashford scored the fifth goal for the English, and Jack Grealish scored the sixth.
