Fave Opens Up On Being Treated Badly In Kenya.

The young and talented Nigerian singer and songwriter GodsFavour Chidozie, popularly known as Fave, has spoken candidly about the hostile treatment she encountered while visiting Kenya recently.
The Nigerian songstress revealed the mistreatment she was subjected to in Kenya.
The Headies-nominated singer made it known that Kenyan show promoters had mistreated her, even going so far as to cancel her flight from Kenya to Lagos.
On Monday, September 26, 2022, she announced the situation to the world on Twitter. While thanking her Kenyan supporters, she denounced the show’s promoters.
She penned:
Kenyan fans thank you so much for the love but this has to be the worst hostile treatment we’ve ever received by show promoters. The last act of wickedness was canceling our flights back to Lagos. No love. I wish you guys the best.

In other news, the singer has recounted how she met the legendary Nigerian rapper Olamide and ended up being featured on his album.
The vocalist, who was already making waves underground, received much-deserved attention after appearing on Olamide’s album ‘UY Scuti’ on a song titled ‘Pon Pon.’
Speaking on the lunchtime broadcast on Beat FM, Fave stated that she got discovered by Olamide because of her trending freestyle.
She claimed that Baddo brought her to the studio after the freestyle and that she walked in on him working on “Pon pon,” which they reworked to fit a Caribbean vibe.
