This is how Asake outperforms the most popular musicians on the chart
When Wizkid’s amapiano-infused song “Bad To Me” was published on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, six days after Asake’s project, his debut album “Mr. Money With The Vibes,” which had all of its tracks on the album music top 12 songs, dethroned it.
On September 17, 2022, Asake’s song “Organise,” which had previously held the top spot for three days, rose to the top of the Apple Music Chart once more.
Asake, the face of Neo-Fuji and the hottest newcomer in the industry, has returned with a brand-new sample of unheard music. His aggressive speed has inspired a lot of reactions to his new song.
Making consecutive hits in the music industry could be a difficult task because the creative site is not only extensive but also taxing to operate.
Asake, a man with a natural talent for singing, dancing, drumming, and other arts, is an exception to this rule.
On January 13, 1995, Ahmed “Asake” Ololade was born to a businessman father and a teaching mother. He began performing at a young age and posted a number of freestyles online, which helped him acquire favour with listeners.
Asake sparked further interest among his nascent fans with the aid of Nigerian influencers like Sydney Talker, Broda Shaggi, and Tunde Ednut, who promoted his face and content further.
His rap-like choruses and arresting cadences served as a preview of things to come.
Asake gained widespread attention in 2020 when he released the Magicsticks-produced song “Mr Money.” It was just another recording to him.
Nevertheless, as luck would have it, the song was well welcomed by music fans and propelled him to fame within the entertainment sector.
Asake was good at dance as a young boy and was quite interested in it. He concentrated more on dance while pursuing his degree in Theater & Performing Arts at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Osun State.
He spent his free time practising in order to hone his technique and wow his classmates and faculty members.
Since then, Asake has consistently made headlines and easily topped the charts with one success after another, earning the moniker “the man with no bad songs.”
Asake released Ololade Asake, his debut EP, which features the hit songs “Omo Ope,” “Sungba,” “Trabaye,” and “Baba God.” In February 2022, Glitch Africa had a live session where he played “Baba God.”
For the remix of “Sungba,” he worked with Grammy Award winner Burna Boy. The song, which was published on March 28th, 2022, spent several weeks at the top of the music charts.
