Ghanaian young musician and performer Mohammed Ismail Sherif Kwaku Frimpong, known professionally as Black Sherif, has received Boomplay’s coveted Golden Club plaque.
Black Sherif has joined the Boomplay Golden Club after surpassing over 100 million streams on the platform.
The Ghanaian star has joined Fireboy DML, Burna Boy, Joeboy, Asake, Ckay and Olamide in the Boomplay Golden Club, which has over 100 million streams on the platform.

After becoming the first Ghanaian artist to reach the 100 million streams milestone on the streaming service Boomplay, the “Kweku The Traveller” hitmaker achieved the enviable feat.
Boomplay congratulated the 2022 BET Hip Hop Awards ‘Best International Flow’ nominee on becoming the first Ghanaian artist to join the ‘BoomplayGoldenClub’ on their official and verified social media page.
