    It is BNXN fka Buju season, and as the star enjoys the release of his sophomore album, he is sharing with us how he put the record together and convinced Olamide to appear on “Modupe.”

    BNXN, who is evidently in a good mood after the successful release of Bad Since ’97, which he has hinted is his best effort to date, explained how he acquired the Olamide feature via his Twitter account, sharing only images without a caption.

    In the images, which were screenshots of WhatsApp discussions between himself and rap icon Olamide, the latter was seen expressing the desire to collaborate with BNXN despite swearing off appearing on slow-paced songs.

    Modupe featuring Olamide is the second to last track on BNXN’s album, Bad Since ’97 which makes the artiste’s second project.

    The album currently sits at the number one position on the Apple Music Nigerian album charts signalling positive reviews from fans and the music industry.

    In other news, BNXN has responded to the diss from Ruger and he isn’t holding back from letting his feelings known.

    Recall that Mp3bullet.ng reported that Ruger had taken to Twitter a few hours ago to shade BNXN who recently released an EP, “Bad since 97” today.

    BNXN recently dropped his studio extended play (EP) tagged, ‘Bad Since 97‘ featuring three Nigerian music heavyweight exports which are, Wande Coal on the tune, ‘Kenkele‘, Wizkid on ‘Many Ways’ and Olamide on ‘Modupe‘.

    While the project has climbed the ranks on Apple Chart, Ruger seems to attribute this success to the features on the project.

    According to him, Buju can only talk to him when he gets a solo hit and not depend on features.

    BNXN didn’t hesitate to respond to the diss, taking to Twitter to state that for Ruger to body shame him, his achievement must have hurt him deeply.
