Nigerian singer and songwriter Kingsley Chinweike Okonkwo, better known as Kcee, has revealed why he intentionally switched from secular to gospel music.
In 2021, Kcee released “Cultural Praise (Vol. 3)” off his debut album titled “Cultural Praise” featuring Okwesili Eze Group.
The medley, a 5-track album, houses gospel praise and worship songs from the East and West sides with each of them running for not less than 8 minutes.
Speaking in a chat with HipTv, the “Limpopo” hitmaker noted he deliberately made a switch to avoid stagnancy seeing he has spent over two decades doing music.
