Ghanaian Afrobeat/Hiplife musician, Jackeline Acheampong, popularly known as Gyakie, has urged people not to be comfortable with public validation.
The singer took to her social media page as she shared a cryptic post advising people never to be comfortable with the validation they receive from people.
In a tweet, the talented songstress stated that validation happens to be a bad drug even though we require such gestures to motivate ourselves to do more.

She advised against being overly dependent on other people’s approval since they run the risk of being disappointed when things go against them.

The five-tracked EP, ‘Seed’ which was released on Friday, August 7, 2021, has amassed over 12 million views on the streaming platform, Boomplay. The forthcoming body of work, ‘My Diary’ happens is a six-tracked EP and would be released on Friday, July 22, 2022.
