Rudeboy advises Nigerian comedians, citing Will Smith’s conduct at the Oscars.
Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy, has issued a warning to Nigerian comedians in the aftermath of American actor Will Smith’s decision to slap comedian Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars.
The altercation erupted after Chris Rock, who was on stage to present the Oscar for documentary feature, made a joke about Will Smith’s wife Jada Pinkett Smith being in “G.I. Jane” because of her shaved head.
Will retaliated by leaping onto the stage and slapping Rock.

“naija comedians go calm down a bit…. Will smith don open doors for some people. Pls do not allow yourself to be used as Naija version of the oscars”
