The singer finally speaks on issues surrounding his mother’s homelessness.
Ghanaian reggae-dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has descended heavily on critics following claims that he has deserted his mother.
Shatta’s rants were necessitated by public attacks over claims that he has blatantly refused to pay heed to his mother’s homeless situation.
Recall, Mp3bullet.ng reported that the singer is being dragged by his mother in the media for various accusations and threatens to disgrace him.
The mother has been dragging her son through the mud on several allegations, including that she was evicted from her apartment and now she has nowhere to sleep.
She also stated that she is having difficulty deciding what to eat because her son is no longer paying attention to her.
In response to his mother’s claim, Shatta has warned anyone attempting to destroy his career that they “could die” if they do not mind their own business.

In an angry reply to the media for constantly interviewing his mother and not trying to find the truth behind her allegations, the dancehall artiste said he will “read Psalm 35” on all the “media personnel interviewing” his mother.
He went on to say that people should be careful what they say about him because he is “scary,” “demonic,” and a “spirit.”
He said:
“I’m scary. I’m demonic. I’m a spirit but I’m not God. Nobody in Ghana have what God has given me, for me to listen to whatever they will tell me… I’m a gangster but I don’t use it on innocent people,”
Baffled about his mother’s utterances, which have been amplified by the media, Shatta asked, “how can’t I rent for my mother, someone who gives freely and owns properties?”
He further asked in his tirade that, has anyone thought about the fact that there could be something amiss that they are not aware of?
“Can’t anyone see that there could be a fault from the other side and not from me?
“What if, by mistake, something is wrong with my mother. How do you think that will affect my career?”
In a somewhat sombre tone, the reggae singer stated that it seems some people in the media are determined to tarnish his brand but they will suffer if they don’t stop.
He said:
“It seems you people are bent on disgracing me instead of finding the truth. If you’ve set out to tarnish my image, God will burn your family, someone in your family will die. You will not prosper… Before you will kill my career, you will die a painful death,”.
