Songz accused of ‘brutal rape’ of woman in March 2016 incident at LA house.
The R&B artist is accused of sexually assaulting women
American musician Tremaine Aldon Neverson, known professionally as Trey Songz has been sued and accused of sexual assault in connection with a 2016 incident at a party in Los Angeles in a $20 million lawsuit.
According to court documents acquired by TMZ, the lady, known as Jane Doe in the suit, claimed that the 37-year-old musical artist forced her to have anal sex against her will.
She said:
“Trey repeatedly asked her if he could “get that a**” on the way upstairs … to which she says she repeatedly told him “no” and to stop asking.”
“Trey’s demeanor changed upon entering the bedroom. She says he threw her to the ground, ripped her pants off, pinned her down face first and forced his penis into her anus without her consent.”
Songz’s representative told the outlet Tuesday night that “the allegations, in this case, are baseless,” and that Songz “looks forward to having the facts fully exposed.”

The woman said that prior to the March 24, 2016 incident, she’d had consensual sexual relations with the R&B artist.
She said they were at a party at a house in Los Angeles Songz invited her to when they went upstairs for what she thought would be a consensual encounter.
According to court documents, the woman said Songz acted like a savage rapist’ once they got to the bedroom, throwing her on the floor, removing her pants, pinning her down face first, and penetrating her anus while she cried and pleaded with him to stop.
She told the court that in the wake of the traumatic incident, she gathered her clothing and exited the premises to take an Uber ride away.
Songz’s lawyer, Jeffrey Neiman, told the court that a female witness (who has not been publicly identified) stated that Songz did not do what he was accused of doing in the Miami incident.
That Mitchell unsuccessfully attempted to recruit her as a co-plaintiff against Songz, and change her account of events, with the potential for a settlement ranging from $100,000 to $200,000.
In response, Mitchell told the outlet on Tuesday that she and Vrabeck would ‘not be discouraged by bullying or intimidation tactics and will continue our pursuit of Justice for Trey Songz sexual assault victims.’
