Ghanaian musician Wendy Shay advises GFA on what to invest money into

Ghanaian Afropop and Afrobeats singer Wendy Asiamah Addo, known by the stage name Wendy Shay, has advised the Ghana Football Association (GFA) on what they should do with the fund been given to Black Stars.

The Ghanian vocalist stated that GFA should endeavour to invest the large sum given to them by the government in the Ghanaian music industry.

The Uber Driver crooner made the statement when the Black Stars of Ghana had the shock of their lives when they were whipped by three goals to two by Comoros.

The defeat meant that the team had only one point from its three group games, having lost to Morocco and drawn with Gabon.

The team finished last in a group that many anticipated would be an easy ride given Ghana’s pedigree in African football.

In her reaction toward Black star poor performance, she took to her social media page on the 18th of January 2022 to advise (GFA)

    She wrote:

“I think GFA should invest the money into Ghana Music …. anaa mose ma High”
