Afrobeats star Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has reacted to the comments made by Ghanaian heavyweight dancehall act Shatta Wale about Nigerian artists.

Recall Mp3bullet.ng reported that Shatta Wale created a frenzy recently after a video that made rounds on social media saw the singer stating that he doesn’t need Nigerian artists to sell out a stadium in Ghana.

    In his words:

They said I won’t be able to fill my own stadiums, I don’t need any Nigerian artiste to sell out Ghana’s Stadium, F*** all Nigerian artistes

Following the video, which drew a lot of attention from Nigerians, notably DJ Big N, the Ghanaian star stood firm, taking a dig at Nigerian musicians, which he also directed straight at Wizkid.

Starboy, who is known to never react to social media issues, chose differently this time and decided to react, preaching love and unity between all Africans, be it Ghana or Nigeria.

According to the Grammy-nominated singer, he does not discriminate in any way.
