It was a thrilling moment for fans as singer Victor Anthony, also known as Victony, stood up to perform for the first time at Davido’s concert since being involved in an accident in April.
Victony stood on his feet for the first at Davido’s 10-year anniversary concert and it was a sight to behold.
This occurred in the early hours of Saturday during Flytime Entertainment’s ‘A Decade of Davido’ concert.
Victony was involved in a horrifying vehicle accident on April 25, 2021, and has been confined to a wheelchair since then after undergoing a major operation.
However, in an unexpected turn of events, the musician rose from his wheelchair and joined Mayorkun in performing his hit track “Holy Father.”

The event’s organizers posted a video on their official Instagram page that captured the moment.
At the concert, Victony solicited the help of Davido and an assistant as he revealed that he intended to perform his hit song; Holy Father the right way.
Before he stood up, Victony said, “For the first time, I want to perform Holy Father properly, okay? On my feet!”
While this happened, Davido screamed, “Jesus is good.”
Davido went on his knees in praise before helping to lift up the singer who held on to him for support. Mayorkun also joined them and they all performed together to very loud cheers from the audience.
